Experienced Accounting Manager Required

Heritage Co-op is seeking an Accounting Manager in Minnedosa, MB. Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and fostering a collaborative accounting team environment focused on integrity and excellence.

As the Accounting Manager, report directly to the Vice President of Finance & Risk while managing all accounting activities. This includes financial reporting, audit coordination, and assistance in annual budgeting. Your commitment to cooperative values and financial stewardship will be critical in this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage general ledger, inventory, payroll, and accounts receivable • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations • Develop team capabilities and support onboarding • Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and automation
