Lancefield Bakery is a well-established local business producing fresh, high-quality bread, rolls, pastries and other baked goods for the local community. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Baker to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, producing and finishing a range of bread, roll and pastry products in a commercial production environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience in dough preparation, mixing, moulding, proofing, oven operation, product finishing, food safety and daily production coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Check the cleanliness of equipment, work areas and premises before production begins
  
• Check the quality of raw ingredients and measure ingredients accurately
