Experienced Care Coordinator

Job Title: Experienced Care Coordinator  

Location: Hastings, East Sussex  

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)  

Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (with flexibility to cover care calls when needed and On Call duties).

 

Please note: We operate 7 days a week, so this is not a typical Monday – Friday,   9-5 role. A day off during the week is given if covering weekends. As an experienced Care Coordinator, you will already understand the need for this flexibility.
