Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts, insurance, and WCB notices accurately
• Handle change orders and monitor financial health
• Resolve subtrade issues and facilitate communication
• Work in tandem with Site Superintendents for project delivery
• Engage constructively with clients, architects, and consultants
