Experienced Estimator

CSA are looking for an Estimator with vast experiecne in the Façade sector of the construction industry to work for a highly recognised and respected company based in Swansea.

Estimator a rule for calculating an estimate of a given quantity based on observed data.

*Experience Required:*  Use of windows, door, Curtain walling IT or similar estimating software preferred.

Applicants are advised that experience in the Facades sector of the construction industry is a prerequisite, as well as being able to provide well presented, accurate, and competitively priced estimates to our Main Contractors / customers, with the overall aim of securing projects.

DUTIES

Key member of a team.
Provide an excellent customer service by producing well-presented accurate, timely and clear quotes.
Add value to customers by regular liaison regarding project details and offer Value Engineered solutions when appropriate.
