Experienced Project Manager in Infrastructure

Mainroad Alberta Contracting LP is seeking an experienced Project Manager in infrastructure, operating from Ponoka or Red Deer. This role is critical for overseeing large-scale highway maintenance contracts.
In this full-time position, you will employ your engineering and project management skills to enhance contract compliance and operational success. With a minimum of five years in highway maintenance, your background will help propel our team towards continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage subcontractor coordination and inspections
• Ensure safety and compliance during site visits
• Facilitate business improvement initiatives and training
• Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Implement new technologies in maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 5+ years' experience in relevant sectors
