Experienced Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role follows a hybrid work setup, requiring onsite work three times a week at SCB, Ayala, Makati, and follows a US time zone schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for professional and non‑professional roles
• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and expectations
• Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
• Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate interview processes
• Manage offer discussions and support candidates through onboarding stages
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and updates in the ATS
• Collaborate closely with internal TA teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process
