Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct necessary repairs on assigned work orders
• Update status of warranty items daily and note issues
• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical concerns as needed
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team on status updates
• Lead homeowner orientations and supervise contractor work
