Responsibilities
- Define the account strategy in partnership with SAP Sales and the partner ecosystem.
- Bridge the gap between customers’ business strategy and solutions by crafting to‑be business and solution architectures and designing transformation roadmaps at the enterprise level.
- Support assessment of current customer solutions, identify opportunities for faster solution adoption, consumption, and footprint expansion.
- Engage customers throughout sales cycles as an integral member of the SAP account team.
- Drive business and IT architecture definitions to ensure consistency and alignment with SAP organizations, customers, and partners.
- Provide linkage from the customer to SAP product‑development leadership.
