- Help define scope and objectives of pilot projects
- Support project planning and permitting
- Align on roles and responsibilities with partners and relevant cross-functional teams
- Maintain ongoing communications cadence with partner organizations
- Identify, analyze, and address project performance issues
- Ensure quality of project delivery, troubleshooting with pilot partners as needed
- Track and review project deliverables
- Communicate project status to wildfire resilience partnerships team
