Develop and implement the Business Unit’s supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with Division and Group objectives. Monitor and optimize supply chain performance using key KPIs, driving efficiency and cost reduction. Lead initiatives to simplify supply chain processes, enhance agility, and improve responsiveness to market demands. Continuously improve material flows, inventory management, and working capital optimization to ensure supply chain excellence. Act as the owner of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for the Business Unit, ensuring its effective implementation and continuous enhancement.
