We are looking for an experienced Export Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) for our office in Barcelona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on available departures.
- Managing bookings.
- Supporting the Sales, Pricing, and Planning departments.
- Coordinating with ECD/Supply for transportation management.
- Controlling required shipping documentation.
- Assisting clients with Synconhub operations.
- Resolving load-related issues.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
- Organized, methodical, detail-oriented individual who enjoys teamwork.
- Position will be onsite at our offices in Barcelona or Valencia.
