Fabricator

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or schematics to fabricate parts or structures.
• Operate machinery such as welders, grinders, cutters, and presses to shape and assemble metal components.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to specified dimensions using hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet design specifications.
• Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and machinery as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment while working.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, or other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
