• Conduct detailed inspection of façade glass joints (internal and external) for Units 221 & 812.
• Identify and mark all damaged or deteriorated sealant areas.
• Arrange BMU cradle access and certified operator for external façade works.
• Carefully remove all existing damaged sealant without affecting glass panels or aluminum frames.
• Clean and prepare all joint surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
• Supply and apply weatherproof, UV-resistant sealant suitable for façade applications.
• Ensure complete filling of joints with smooth, uniform finishing.
• Inspect for water tightness and ensure no leakage after application.
• Carry out internal rectification works including: Removal and replacement/repair of damaged gypsum boards.
