Facilities Engineering Technician

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to perform corrective and preventative maintenance on building systems and lab equipment. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across our state-of-the-art facility and maintaining GMP documentation using CMMS software. The technician will support off-hours emergency repairs and on-call duties, supervise external vendors, and inspect completed work while operating and monitoring building automation systems.
Responsibilities

+ Perform daily inspections and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

+ Conduct hands-on work with mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, pumps, chillers, boilers, and lab equipment such as autoclaves and cryogenic units.
