All round Handyman required to care for our large facilities including small office block and several factory buildings. You must have done all the following yourself – painted, minor plumbing, light maintenance, door swinging, lock and key control, tiling, and fence and perimeter care. We’ll consider giving you an assistant if you can convince us that our facilities will be well maintained and to standard by your skill, experience and commitment. If you do things in a third world way, don’t apply. Remuneration will depend on your skill, experience, and proven track record of keeping facilities tidy and together. It will be market related.
