Facilities Mailroom and Warehouse Student Worker Summer 2026
Job Summary: This role will be supporting the facilities management mailroom and receiving & distribution center.
Warehouse Job Duties:
Receives, unpacks, checks, and records the receipt of goods.Stores goods in proper storage places.Receives delivery orders.Withdraw goods from stock.Checking for required commodity, size, and lot.Receives signed delivery ticket.Assist with assembling stock items in accordance with a computerized requisition.Assist with packing shipments and loading goods.Other related duties.Mailroom Job Duties:
Assist with Delivery of mail stops at University Departments.
Assist full time clerks with large mailings: non-automated presort standard, nonprofit, and periodicals.Return and sort mail for university offices.
