Facilities Maintenance Technician

**Facilities Technician – $26+/hr (DOE)**
Fort Collins, CO
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
**Part-time option available (20 hours/week)**

**Overview:**
We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and operations of two commercial/manufacturing facilities in Fort Collins. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating outside vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform general maintenance and upkeep across two local facilities, including interior and exterior work
+ Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, and building systems
+ Coordinate and oversee subcontractors for specialized repairs (electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
