Facilities Manager

Bldg. Facility Manager in a Warehouse or storage industry is responsible for ensuring safety and functionality of the facility to support efficient and logistic operations.

He must have strong background in electrical work and will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all of the building's electrical systems.

His primary responsibilities combine general management with specific competence in electrical infrastructure of the whole storage or warehouse.

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering field is often preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance (PM) plans for electrical systems is a plus.
• With at least 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Work schedule is Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
