Facilities Manager

Overview:

Responsible for the supervision of maintenance personnel and supervisors within the M&E department. This position will provide guidance and work direction to the supervisors and lower-level tiers. In addition, work includes personnel hiring and management, planning and scheduling of work, capital project definition, and completions, inspecting of work and on-the-job assistance to maintenance personnel for difficult repairs/projects. Reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

Interviews, hires, trains, coaches, and counsels Maintenance Department staff.

Plans and schedules property work, capital projects including budget submittals and project implementation.

Inspects work and provides on-the-job assistance to maintenance personnel for difficult repairs/projects and management of operations within the department budget.
