**Job Description**

The **Facilities Operations Manager** is the **day-to-day operational leader** for campus custodial operations and grounds maintenance at Christian Brothers University. This role is responsible for all custodial operations, grounds services, staffing, quality standards, and project execution across the campus.

This position requires prior experience operating within a higher education environment. The successful candidate understands the unique rhythms, expectations, and stakeholder dynamics of a college campus and can lead facilities operations accordingly.
