Facilities Project Specialist

What You Will Do

• Initiate, plan, lead, and execute construction, renovation, remediation, repair and maintenance projects in a timely manner.
• Use the building automation system (BAS) to monitor, and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Directly manage vendors and trades in the execution of ongoing building maintenance, repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure building facilities remain safe, fully operational, and well maintained.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to maintenance activities and compliance requirements.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end RFQ, and RFP processes for Facilities-related projects and services.
• Analyze and evaluate vendor bid proposals while ensuring vendors meet company policies and legal requirements including WSIB and Insurance.
