Facilities Supervisor-Maintenance

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in maintenance operations. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective execution of tasks, and contributing to the overall reliability and efficiency of NASA’s facilities.

Core focus areas will be within but not limited to:

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Directly supervise Union maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and efficient completion of tasks.

Planning and Scheduling:

Support the maintenance team in planning of complex preventive maintenance activities and corrective maintenance work.
