**Job Summary**

In a safe, efficient, and professional manner the Maintenance Technician II completes required PM's and repairs commercial and industrial facility equipment. The technician is an excellent communicator and has exceptional follow through capabilities. This position will be crossed trained and utilize a “flow to the work” concept.
