Facility Supervisor, O&M

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Facility Supervisor, O&M** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Coordinates and monitors the work of technicians engaged in the maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment.
+ Prepare work schedules, assign specific tasks, and verify that all repairs meet established SOPs.
+ Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure that necessary tools and supplies are available for the technical workforce.
+ Drafts RMI status reports and maintains preventative maintenance documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.
+ Prepare maintenance artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing repairs at regional mission-support sites.
+ Assist in identifies maintenance gaps and recommend priority repairs to sustain theater readiness.
