Job Description

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, ensuring all systems operate effectively.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment or systems to minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and record readings from various utility meters (e.g., electricity, water, gas) and report any discrepancies or unusual consumption patterns.
• Respond to service requests and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with contractors and external vendors to oversee maintenance, repairs, or installation of new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
