Factory Manager

Booth Welsh are now seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our control panel manufacturing operations and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

As the Factory Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of control panel build projects-from planning and assembly through to testing and delivery. Your duties will include:

• Managing control panel build projects from initial assembly through to testing and completion.
• Coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitoring project progress and timelines to meet agreed delivery targets.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates for control panel builds, including materials, labour, and subcontractor costs.
• Collaborating with procurement and engineering teams to maintain accurate pricing and cost control.
