Role and Facility Information

This position will work in partnership with the four W’SANEC Health Directors and their respective communities. The health directors advocate for their communities and are developing a plan to implement comprehensive accountability measures, oversight and support for the general practitioner. The role will be part of a larger on-reserve team that includes Nurse Practitioners, Primary Care Nurses, Mental Health and Addictions Counsellors, Indigenous Wellness Supports, and links to a broader Saanich Peninsula Primary Care Network that also includes a pharmacist, mental health clinicians, and social workers.

The position will start at Tsawout First Nation and will transition to the WSANEC clinic (Address: 1210 Tote...
