Legacy Staffing has partnered with a unique educational and agricultural organization in the Hunting Valley area to identify a passionate and hands-on Sustainable Agriculture & Food Program Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sustainable farming, greenhouse operations, community engagement, gardening education, and food production. The ideal candidate will have experience with crop production, growing systems, or greenhouse operations and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively in an outdoor farm environment.

• Assist in managing seasonal food production, planting schedules, harvesting, and crop maintenance


• Support greenhouse, high tunnel, mushroom, and outdoor growing operations
