Farm to School Program Goals:


+ Connect the concepts of culture and healthy eating

+ Empowering community through food

+ Foster relationships in a safe, welcoming environment to learn about nutrition, sustainability, and nature

+ Engage school community members during the school year and over the summer

+ Increase participation among English Language Learners within the school and broader community for Farm to School programming

+ Introduce participants to new vegetables and foods

+ Increase access to fresh foods by providing produce to take home
