Fashion Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES - 

• Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with brand direction and customer trends
• Conduct trend research and create mood boards to inform range planning
• Develop detailed tech packs, CADs, and product specifications for production
• Source fabrics, trims, and materials in line with design and commercial requirements
• Work closely with product development and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed
• Attend fit sessions and provide feedback on garment construction, fit, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including buying, merchandising, and marketing
• Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to inform future collections
• Ensure adherence to critical path timelines from concept through to production
• Design and develop knitwear ranges, including yarn selection, stitch development, and knit construction
