Fashion Designer

• Develop and create fashion-forward designs for the Pret collections, aligning with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
• Conduct trend research and create mood boards to inspire new collections.
• Produce detailed sketches and technical drawings for each design, including fabric swatches and colorways.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for each design, ensuring they align with the collection's vision and budget.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
• Work closely with the merchandising teams to ensure that designs align with the brand's overall strategy and sales objectives.
• Conduct meetings with fashion consultants regarding designs & grading
