Opportunity Description

Oversees Food and Beverage operations in the outlet to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and hotel action plans.

Maintains updated departmental manuals and conducts regular team briefings.

Ensures both guest-facing and internal service meet brand standards, handling complaints promptly and professionally.

Actively monitors service quality during peak periods and fosters strong guest and team relationships.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.

Fluency in spoken and written English required.

Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
