Opportunity Description
- To assist F&B Manager in daily operations front of house in managing customer satisfaction and services;
- Responsible to ensure high standard of customer service, staff performance, hygiene and overall restaurant standard;
- Supervise daily operations;
- Train front of house team;
- Monitor staff performance;
- Receive and store deliveries, rotate stock (FIFO);
- Adhere to sanitation, HACCP, and safety policies;
- Report equipment or hazard issues;
- Other task as and when assigned.
Requirement:
- SPM/Diploma;
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
