RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing detailed, high-quality research, financial analysis, and other analytical work for senior staff, recommending sound portfolio investment decisions that seek good returns and minimising the risk of lossesDistilling economic, legal, political, market, and other analytical factors into summaries to quantify the impact that those may have on the project risk/rewards for each projectConducting property-level financial analysis including equity/debt modelling, structured return modelling, return/risk analysis, and pro-forma cashflow analysesPreparing presentation materials and reports for the Director, Portfolio Management Investments, and Head of Portfolio Management InvestmentsDeveloping consistent standardised methodologies that provide a streamline...
