February rotations – Full time Locum posts – A&E

As you know the February Rotation is soon upon us and with the news that many junior doctors are finding themselves without a contract, we want to offer as much support as possible to anybody affected while you consider your options over the coming weeks. RIG Locums has a long history of providing expert guidance to doctors who have taken a year out of training by helping them settle into full time, long term locum posts in their chosen speciality. 

During rotation times it is important for hospitals to manage the induction of new Foundation Year junior doctors by providing the appropriate cover of senior experienced staff. February is a very busy month for the locum markets as many Departments need to take on long term locums to provide extra cover, while the permanent staff guide the juniors or even to fill some of the gaps where trainees have not arrived as planned.
