Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with brokerage firms, agents, and key industry partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify growth opportunities and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet partner needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless broker support.
- Track performance metrics, provide reports to management, and forecast partnership performance.
- Conduct regular meetings, webinars, and training sessions with broker partners.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field (preferred).
