Fidelity Reviewer (PUBL EDUC SPEC 4)

Under the general direction of the Director of the Resource Center for Family Focused Practice (RCFFP), the Fidelity Reviewer conducts fidelity assessments and data analysis to evaluate provider and county adherence to the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) model under Californias BH-CONNECT initiative. The position is responsible for conducting document and case file reviews, observing team processes, and compiling fidelity reports that inform statewide quality improvement and fidelity monitoring efforts. The Fidelity Reviewer collaborates closely with Fidelity Coaches to ensure findings are translated into practice improvement strategies and supports the statewide Center of Excellence in meeting fidelity benchmarks.RECRUITMENT PERIOD ONE MONTH: Applicants will be screened after two weeks; and then on a weekly basis.
