Our Team

The ECE Program is a fast track to FAE roles with clear career progression and global opportunities. During the six month program, you will undergo structured technical and commercial training covering customer collaboration methodology, datacenter connectivity, power & cooling basics, cabling systems, and Molex product portfolios. You will also receive on-the-job training to prepare you for a field application engineering role after the six-month program.
