Field Collector Repossesor - LTC

Overview

The Field Collector Repossessor performs collection, field activities and repossession on assigned Auto Accounts to achieve the desired delinquency and NPL level through the prescribed leakage and collection rates.

How Will You Contribute

• Review the records of past transactions/negotiations;
• Advise clients to pay now or obtain a Promise to Pay (PTP);
• Manage assigned accounts through prioritization or consideration of due dates, outstanding balance, months in book, mode of payment, collection service area and default/payment history;
• Endorse accounts outside the collection service area, uncontactable, skip, hard-core, under third-party possessor to external collection agencies through OS;
• Conduct phone dunning on contactable accounts;
• Record all client transactions using the collection system;
• Identify reasons for default and source of income;
