+ Participates in the RFP processes, completing a detailed review of plans, specifications, and entirety of bid package.
+ Provide close support to the Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager.
+ Evaluate and continually suggest improvements to processes used by Project Delivery Teams to effectively meet customer requirements and expectations.
+ Manage, mentor, and develop colleagues.
+ Interact with the customer to validate our understanding of expectations before, during, and after project completion.
+ Aid in providing close support and oversight for our subcontractors.
