Field Engineer (Civil) - Mandarin Speaking

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering - PRC license (preferred)
• Experience in construction or site engineering
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken)

Key Requirements:

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and equipment on-site
• Oversee execution of civil works such as excavation, concreting, formwork, rebar, masonry, paving, and utilities
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and structural works to ensure quality and compliance
• Coordinate testing of materials such as concrete, soil, and aggregates
• Coordinate with project team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Assist in scheduling activities and tracking project milestones
