The Field Engineer will install vehicle Telematics products in customers’ vehicles, ensuring best practices and customer satisfaction. The role also focuses on maintaining company policies and guidelines.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain proactive daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and appropriate follow up, leading to customer satisfaction.
- Complete health and safety documentation before each installation / repair.
- Ensure the “Job Sheet” is completed in full and signed by an authorised person before leaving the installation / repair.
- Perform allocated work on time, accurately and with a high quality of workmanship.
