Mô tả công việc: * The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

- Manage operation of Panasonic Authorized Service center (ASC) in North area

- Manage monthly ASC KPIs reports

- Control operation of ASC networks

- Manage product quality feedback from market

- Coordinate with functional department to conduct service activities

- Other service job assigned by Head of Department
