Opportunity Description

Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, field visits, client meetings, and networking.
  • Map the market, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle objections professionally and convert challenges into successful deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM sales reports regularly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B field sales, with regular field visits and on-site sales exposure.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Responsible, persuasive, and target-driven with a strong closing mindset.
