Opportunity Description
Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.
Responsibilities- Prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, field visits, client meetings, and networking.
- Map the market, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Handle objections professionally and convert challenges into successful deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM sales reports regularly.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B field sales, with regular field visits and on-site sales exposure.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
