Position Summary

Responsible for the mechanical assembly, startup, commissioning, qualification, and acceptance of a variety of applications including metal cutting machines, assembly, test, conveyance, and transfer systems.

 

Responsibilities

• Understands customer corporate and plant standards required to commission systems.


• Responsible for the overall start-up, commissioning, runoff, and acceptance of machines and systems.


• Responsible for mechanical assembly and integration of components and sub-components up to and including completed machines or systems.


• Responsible for understanding CMM or other inspection data and making effective machine adjustments to achieve output quality requirements.
