Field Service Engineer (Engineer 1/ Electronics/Electrical /Microelectronics)

KAKI BUKIT / Island wide

5 days work week; Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Gross Salary up to $4,500 (commensurate with experience)

2 years Contract

Manufacture and repair of semiconductor assembly and testing equipment

• Install, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Prepare service reports and attend weekly technical meetings.
• Handle service jigs and assist senior engineers in advanced tasks (e.g., robot teaching).
• Participate in 24/7 standby support on a roster basis.
• Perform shift work and ad-hoc delivery tasks when required.

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering (ITE with experience will be considered).
