Field Service Engineer – Wellington, New Zealand

Roche Diagnostics New Zealand (RDNZ) is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support our diagnostic instrumentation across the region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out engineering service for assigned squad and other squads as required.
• Provide instrument troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, maintenance and post‑sale service.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call roster to support customers.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements for response and on‑site visit times.
• Update CRM records (Rexis/NSFS) and ensure accurate service contract follow‑up.
• Organise spare‑parts stock and coordinate consignment returns.
• Identify and implement business opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Adhere to all SHE policies and ensure a safe workplace.
• Travel domestically and, when required, internationally.
