Field Service Engineer

Responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction. Support daily technical operations at customer sites, perform equipment diagnostics, and assist with machine setup, upgrades, and process improvements. Work closely with senior engineers and customers to provide effective technical support while maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites
• Perform machine setup, modification, servicing, and preventive maintenance
• Support technical troubleshooting and process development activities
