Field Service Engineer – Vascular Division - South Italy

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Vascular Division, based in Naples. In this role, you will act as a key technical partner for customers across Central and Southern Italy, with approximately 20% travel to Spain.You will work with a high level of autonomy, providing on‑site technical support, troubleshooting, and training for vascular medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

What you will do

Provide on‑site field service support for installation, configuration, modification, and enhancement of vascular medical devices

Troubleshoot technical issues and determine effective solutions in line with product and customer specifications

Perform technical analysis of product implementations and upgrades

Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
